We’re looking for vendors who want to be part of the experience and serve up something special. Details, requirements, and next steps are all included in the vendor application. Have a read, fill it out, and we’ll be in touch.
Food Service Vehicles or Refreshment vendors are required to fill out the City Of Hamilton Public Health & Safety Application & return to the organizer no later than 14 days before the event
*All vendors are required to pay a $100.00 fee to the organizer via e-Transfer to 905festprod@gmail.com. Vendors may also make a non-monetary contribution equal to that of the vendor fee.

Food Service vehicles, Food Trucks, who DO NOT possess a City of Hamilton license to operate will also be required to pay the additional $43.51 vendor application filing fee. ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TENTS AND OR TABLES AS NEEDED FOR THE EVENT .
